APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

Applications for Fall 2018 are now closed. 

General requirements: applicants must be in their Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior year; there is no minimum GPA requirement.

Submission requirements: applicants must submit a resume.

RECRUITMENT OVERVIEW

PRE-INTERVIEW EVENTS

Business Club Recruitment Panel: a casual setting where applicants can learn more about how CC upperclassmen have navigated the club recruitment scene at Cornell. There will be a wide variety of business clubs represented and will be co-sponsored by AKPsi, DSP, PGN, CUABS, and Forte. Afterwards, applicants have the opportunity to talk to our current members and learn more about their experiences.

ClubFest: a campus-wide event in which all clubs set up informational booths around a designated location on-campus. Stop by our table to learn about us and meet some of our members. 

Information Sessions: events meant for our applicants to both learn about the club and meet our members. Attendance is recommended, as each session concludes with a brief networking portion. 

INTERVIEW ROUNDS (SMART CASUAL ATTIRE TO BUSINESS CASUAL ATTIRE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)

Round 1: this round involves a round robin with a social round and a group round. Evaluation is based on an interviewee's capacity to work in teams, lead, and innovate. Interviewees will also have an opportunity to chat with current members during the social round. 

Round 2 (Final Round): this round involves an individual case interview and behavioral interview. An interviewee is holistically evaluated based on performance. Decisions after this round are typically released within a maximum of two days.
