OUR PROFESSIONAL MODEL
We have a vested interest in driving legitimate change with our client engagements. By emphasizing communication and creativity, Cornell Consulting teams work closely with clients to build unique solutions and valuable deliverables. Since we understand that great strategy arises from a synthesis of data, thought, discussion, and experience, we apply a rigorous fact-based framework to all our project work. Starting with problem definition and framework conceptualization and ending with a conclusion supported by heavy analysis and research, the Cornell Consulting method is reliable and efficient.
Cornell Consulting engagements with clients typically run for one academic semester (10-12 weeks). However, longer projects and specifically arranged projects may result in year-long relationships. A Project Team consists of one Director, one to two Project Managers (PM), one to three associates, and one to four Business Analysts. Deliverables are frequently validated by our faculty advisors. The frequency of deliverables is variable and to be decided mutually by both the client and the Project Team.
